These terms govern use of LolaJack Casino (lolajack.london). By creating an account, a punter agrees to the rules set out below in full.

Eligibility

• Punters must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• Staff, affiliates and immediate family members of LolaJack employees may not hold a playing account.
• LolaJack reserves the right to request identity and address verification at any time, not only before a first withdrawal.

Account Rules

Punters are responsible for keeping login details confidential and must notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. LolaJack is not liable for losses arising from a compromised password that was not reported promptly. Accounts left inactive for 12 months or more may be classed as dormant, and a small monthly maintenance fee may apply after the first 3 months of inactivity, always disclosed by email in advance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Winnings may be withheld pending verification checks, and LolaJack reserves the right to void any bet or bonus win found to result from a technical error, a known exploit or a breach of these terms.

Bonus Terms

• The welcome offer is a 250% match up to £2000, split across the first 3 qualifying deposits.
• Minimum qualifying deposit is £20 per instalment; deposits below this threshold do not trigger the match.
• Wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount, to be cleared within 30 days of the bonus crediting.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 per spin or hand; larger bets may void the bonus and any related winnings.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are capped at 20x the qualifying deposit amount.
• E-wallet deposits (including Skrill and Neteller) do not qualify for the welcome match bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time.
• LolaJack reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any account suspected of abuse, including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting across linked accounts, or arbitrage betting.

Responsible Gaming

Changes to These Terms

LolaJack may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Material changes will be notified by email or via a site banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the account after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute not resolved through LolaJack’s complaints process may be referred to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, details of which are available from the Support page.
